UPDATE!!!

In order to give musicians more time to submit their songs, we are extending the deadline for the contest. The deadline is now April 20th. Voting begins April 22nd and ends on May 5th!

As many of you know, Phoenix Always Rises is a website about music. One night a friend of ours pointed out that it would be a great idea for us to have a song of our own for the website. It makes sense, right?

So if you're a band or an artist and are interested in writing a song for our website, send an email to jess@phoenixalwaysrises.com for the details. We will be accepting submissions for the contest until April 20th. Voting will then begin on April 22nd and ends May 5th.

If you're not already familiar with what we’re all about, take a look around this site and it will give you a really good idea of our musical taste and what not. If you would like more details as to what we’re looking for, just shoot me a message and we can discuss it. Since we don't make any money from our site, we aren't able to pay you for the winning song, but we think the song idea is awesome and mutually beneficial. You send your fans to our website to register and vote for your song, and when people who aren't familiar with your work ask who wrote the kick ass song playing on the main page, we send them your way to check out more of your work. It really is a win-win situation for everyone involved.
